Khawaja Group of Industries, under the chairmanship of Khawaja Ata Ur Rehman. The company was established in 2006 with following board of Directors. Habib Ur Rehman (Director Admin and Finance), Zia Ur Rehman (Director) and Touseef Usman (Director).
Noor ATA Builder & Developers is although a young company but in a short span of time has completed a number of construction projects. The goal and objective of company is to provide safe and secure construction venture with state-of-the-art amenities to its clients.
Currently the company is undertaking projects funded by Khawaja Group of Industries. However, looking forward for joint venture projects for low-cost multi-story residential projects in Lahore.

Khawaja Habib Ur Rehman is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of distinguished leadership across diverse industries. As a business innovator, he possesses deep expertise in all aspects of business formation, operations, finance, and management. His visionary approach to product development is grounded in rigorous research and analytics, enabling him to consistently leverage team strengths and deliver on organizational goals.
Khawaja Habib Ur Rehman’s leadership roles are extensive and impactful. He currently serves as Chief Executive at National Flour & General Mills, Chairman of the Inter Religious Peace Council (IRPC), and Managing Director at National Dairy Farms, Noor Ata Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd., and the Khawaja Group of Industries. Additionally, he is President of the Pak Iran Federation of Cultural & Trade and Managing Partner at Artisans.
His commitment to fostering growth within the business community is reflected through his active participation in numerous chambers and councils, such as KCCI, FPCCI, and the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (2018–2024), where he served as Chairman of the Standing Committee for Flour Mills in 2019. As a Senior Member of the Pakistan Flour Mills Association (PFMA), he has made considerable contributions to the industry. His influence also extended to the presidency of the Khanewal Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
